4/5 In a 15-0 victory, the girls were challenged with a slower pitcher than they have seen all season. The girls did a great job being selective in pitches, drawing walks and putting the bat on the ball when strikes were given. We had hits from Merrimon and Lindy, both with singles while Lindy earned an RBI. The girls were aggressive on the bases and took advantage of passed balls to move around the bases and score runs.

Defensively the team continues to improve each game with some fantastic plays highlighted by a running catch of a pop fly behind 3rd base by Taylor.
